Where are your offices located?
We have three locations: 18909 Sherman Way, #100 in Reseda; 18022 Pioneer Blvd. in Artesia; and 10601 Church St., #105 in Rancho Cucamonga — serving the San Fernando Valley, the Gateway Cities, and the Inland Empire.
What foot and ankle conditions do you treat?
Dr. Rabbani treats the full range of conditions: bunions, heel pain and plantar fasciitis, ingrown toenails, laser nail fungus treatment, sports injuries, diabetic foot care, hammertoes, neuromas, and advanced foot and ankle surgery.
Do I need a referral to see Dr. Rabbani?
Most patients can schedule directly without a referral. Some insurance plans do require one — call us and our staff will help verify your benefits before your visit.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and a pair of shoes you wear often — wear patterns help us evaluate your gait and foot mechanics.
